TERMS OF SALE

Credit Card transactions will be processed immediately goods are shipped.

All C.O.D. sales must be paid for on receipt of goods.

All credit accounts sales are strictly 30 days from statement.

No credit accounts will be conducted unless prior application has been made and approved on the account application form applicable from R & D Husky.

Quotations will only be valid for a firm period of 14 days from the date of the quotation.

Terms are strictly 7 days.

All prices are GST inclusive.

RETURNED GOODS

No goods will be accepted for credit without prior arrangements being made with our supplier.

Returned goods must be in original unopened packaging. A handling fee of 15% may be charged if the packaging has been opened or damaged.

R & D Husky will not accept any good for return if said item has been installed or used or damaged once leaving our store.

Freight charges for returned items is the senders responsibility.

The original sales invoice will be required to validate your returned item(s) and must be included with the goods.

TITLE TO GOODS

Property in each unit of the goods shall remain with R & D Husky until all monies owing to R & D Husky on any account whatsoever has been paid in full.

HANDLING AND DELIVERY

Orders placed through the website are less freight charges. The amount of the freight charge will be determined after confirmation of the order with the buyer and the shipping method established. The freight charge will be added to the invoice total. Insurance, if required, is in addition to freight charges.

R & D Husky understands your concerns about security and privacy and appreciate their seriousness. To ensure your comfort when purchasing from R & D Husky, we offer the following standards of service:

Your credit card details

We only retain your credit card information for the period of your individual transaction.  This information is then discarded by removing it from the order both in electronic format and physically.  No hard copy is retained except as required by the banking authorities to complete the transaction and for audit purposes as necessary and none of this information is stored on an electronic system that is connected to the general public networks.  Our back-end transaction process is non-Internet related.

We do not display any part of the credit card number once the transaction has been confirmed.

Your personal information

We will not sell, distribute, or make available any of our customer information to third parties. This information is for the sole use of R & D Husky and will be used only for the purpose of taking your order.  It may be used at a later date to provide you with discounted products and services.

We do not use "cookies" on our website to collect information nor any other covert means of capturing data on your activities within the website other than for shopping cart performance measurement purposes.

We neither seek nor encourage under-aged persons to conduct electronic transactions in our WebStore without parental or guardian supervision.   This is a duty we must hand over to parent,  guardian or responsible persons, as is control of credit card usage by minors.  We do consider that transactions made in the WebStore are done so in good faith and with the authority of the credit card holder (where applicable).

Site security

Naturally we do not like to divulge the various security measures we have placed on our system.  Suffice to say that the service has industry standard security in place which strictly limits the potential of a third party to access any business transaction.
